True Bypass Loopers

Vintage effects are being put to great use in many live rigs now - even my own rig has some rare gems... These pedals are often extremely valueable, and no one (including me) seems to be willing to put a drill or soldering iron anywhere near a boutique or vintage pedal. The solution - True Bypass Loopers.

True Bypass Loopers take your guitar signal, and can route it either directly through the strip, or send it to/from individual effects. This serves many benefits:

1. Bypasses all tone-sucking pedals - As the effects are always switched on, and they are routed in and out of the signal chain through the looper, all low quality buffers are eliminated from the circuit.
2. Easier Control - As you now have all your stomp switches directly next to one another, you can locate the pedal anywhere on the pedalboard, and activate it with 1 simple click of a bypass button.
3. Silent Tuning - Bypass loopers come with the option 'silent tuning', which completely cuts your signal from the chain and routes it to your tuner pedal, for quiet tuning in between (or even during) songs.

Due to the length of cable required to wire a pedalboard for true bypass, it is encouraged that at least one GOOD buffer be placed at the start of the chain. If running many loops (5+) it is also recommended to have another buffer in the middle and/or the end of the chain.
