DigiTech is collaborating with Queen guitarist and composer Brian May on a new entry in DigiTech's award-winning Artist Series Pedals. The Brian May Artist Series Pedal is being developed as Queen continues its latest tour. With a musical career spanning three decades, Queen founding member Brian May is a world-renowned guitarist, songwriter, producer and performer. Brian has penned 22 Top 20 hits worldwide, among them We Will Rock You, The Show Must Go On, I Want It All, Fat Bottomed Girls, and powerful ballads including Who Wants To Live Forever, No-One But You, and Save Me. His unmistakable tone has been sought after for years by guitarists around the world.

Working closely with Brian May and under the watchful eye of legendary recording engineer and producer Eddie Kramer, DigiTech is recreating seven of Brian's classic, signature tones by applying its proprietary technology called Production Modeling. The Brian May Artist Series Pedal furthers DigiTech's philosophy of developing products designed to supply guitarists with the best sounding, most creative tools possible.

Brian May Red Special Tones Include:
  • 1. Keep Yourself Alive
    • Intro with modeled tape flange
    • Solo with tape flange
  • 2. Bohemian Rhapsody - The timeless rock anthem truly comes to life thanks to DigiTech Production Modeling.
    • 1st solo with vocal-like sustain achieved with out-of-phase Red Special guitar neck and middle pickups
    • Heavy Rock Rhythm and Finale Orchestral Fanfare with "Deacy" amp
  • 3. Tie Your Mother Down
    • Intro with Brian's "main" tone with volume backed off to 3/4 using bridge and middle pickups
    • Solo tone using the bridge and middle pickups and the volume full up. Just add a bottle slide for the perfect finishing touch to this great tone.
  • 4. We Will Rock You/Champions - The classic rally anthem for the people!
    • Fiery rhythm and lead tones using neck and middle out-of-phase and in-phase into the treble booster, Foxx Foot Phaser, and AC30.

DigiTech's Production Modeling technology creates ultra-realistic emulations
DigiTech employed their Production Modeling technology to ensure absolute accuracy in duplicating Brian's tone. Now guitarists can either use Brian's seven presets to recreate his classic tone, or just use them as a starting point to create their own sound. The Brian May Artist Series Pedal is a very powerful and flexible tone-shaping tool that will rock the world!

Reproduces both studio and live sounds, complete with effects
The Brian May Artist Series Pedal reproduces the studio and live guitar sounds, including effects and processing, of Brian May. This includes modeling the speaker cabinets, microphones and microphone placements, pre and post effects, and the recording engineer's production magic. Every aspect of the signal chain has been considered and recreated, resulting in completely accurate models of Brian's tones.

Warranty & Returns

All New products are covered by the manufacturers new warranty. Please check their website for the length of warranty and warranty conditions. If an item you receive is faulty get in touch with us ASAP. Second Hand products come with a 4 week warranty from us. If there is an issue let us know ASAP! This covers normal use and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wrong power plugged into it, modding, water damage or any other damage caused by mistreatment. Just treat it nice and all will be good!

Shipping

We send A LOT of packages every week so don't worry about the shipping side of things!

We've never lost a thing and your awesome new gear will be packed up really well to avoid any damage in transit.

If your order comes in before 2pm we will ship it same day. Most of the time we pack things up all the way to 4pm so just call if you need it to leave same day after 2pm.

We ship mainly with Australia Post but may use a courier depending on location and size of the package.

Free Post ships with Australia Post standard and expected shipping times are between 4-6 business days depending on location. It will be longer to outside of metro and rural areas.

Express Post will usually be with you next business day in metro areas of QLD, NSW, SA, VIC and TAS. WA will take 2 days to metro and extra days after that to out side metro and rural areas.

Everything we ship has a tracking number with the exception of some power cables and smaller envelope packages. You will be emailed tracking once your order has been shipped!
